Robert Debenham is the Owner and Director of Responsive Building, a specialised insurance repair company. With over a decade of experience in the insurance repair sector, Robert brings unparalleled expertise and leadership to Responsive Building. Under his guidance, Responsive Building has established itself as a leader in the field, known for its commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Robert is deeply passionate about the ongoing improvement and innovation within the insurance repair industry and continues to lead Responsive Building with a steadfast dedication to integrity, professionalism, and excellence.
ADAM NOBLE
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Adam Noble has over two decades of experience in the Australian insurance industry and is a Chartered Executive Loss Adjuster, Fellow of AICLA and Senior Associate of ANZIIF. He has held Senior Executive Management Roles in Global and National Loss Adjusting Organisations, National Insurance Restoration and Building businesses and has managed significant catastrophic weather events for almost every Insurance Company across Australia. Adam's deep-seated passions are having the best staff, culture, and operational excellence, with the customer experience at the heart of every interaction. Integrity, trust, honesty, and transparency are at the core of Adam's values.
PAUL WARD
GENERAL MANAGER
Paul Ward is a 6th generation builder with a career spanning almost four decades in the construction industry. He has achieved numerous accolades, including the HIA Builder of the Year Award. Paul has worked all over Australia earning a reputation as a trusted authority in the industry. He joined us in 2022 as our GM, bringing his wealth of experience and leadership to drive the company's strategic vision and operational excellence. Paul has also achieved academic excellence, with a double degree in Business and Accounting, with a Major in Commercial Law, equipping him with a unique perspective on the intersection of business, finance, and construction.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Theresa Ward is our Operations Manager. She joined in 2021 and has played a vital role in optimising operations and ensuring the company runs smoothly. Theresa is known for her dedication, integrity, and passion for supporting her team and our mission. She fosters a supportive work environment where everyone feels valued. Theresa's 28 years of marriage to a dedicated builder and six-year journey in the insurance industry have equipped her with valuable insights and skills. She is renowned for fostering positive working relationships and optimising productivity to ensure Responsive Building delivers exceptional service.
KEIR GRIMSHAW
ESTIMATING MANAGER
Keir Grimshaw is a specialist heritage carpenter who has worked on prestigious projects such as Windsor Castle and Luton Cathedral. He holds a Master Craftsman Award from the Prince of Wales and has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Keir moved to Australia at the age of 23 and transitioned into the role of an Estimator. He is currently the Estimating Manager at Responsive Building, where his unique blend of craftsmanship, project management skills, and estimating expertise has greatly contributed to the company's continued success and growth in the industry.
